Job Description:
Duties will include Project Management. Sales, Engineering, and Export Management.

Required Skills:
This position requires an experienced Engineer or Scientist with extensive sales experience.

The chosen candidate will work closely with other Engineers, Laser Technicians and Marketing to develop new products, product enhancements, new markets. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, representatives, clients, and customers. Routine use of common software applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point to produce proposals, reports and graphs is required.

Desired Skills:
Experience in designing flashlamp-pumped and/or DPSS lasers including Nd:YAG, Er:YAG, CTH:YAG, Alexandrite, Er:Glass and others. Experience with nonlinear optics, optical modeling software, SolidWorks, LabVIEW, and FEM would be beneficial.

Minimum Required Education (including Major):
MS degree in Physics, Optics, EE, ME, or equivalent.
